Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets, such as dogs, are welcome, but not in the bed or on the sofa. We charge a final cleaning fee of Euro 50,00

What cancellation conditions must be observed?

Cancellation conditions for short stays:
can be canceled/changed free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, after that the total amount is due for payment.

Cancellation conditions for the reduced “non-refundable rate” (NRR):
due for payment when booking, cannot be canceled or changed free of charge

Cancellation conditions for long-term stays of 21 days or more:
by written agreement

Nice big apartment where you feel comfortable.

Very nice and well furnished apartment. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking and the dishwasher does the dishes. Great room layout with separate bedroom and enough storage space in the closets. so you can also make yourself comfortable if you stay a few nights longer hostess very friendly and always available by phone. Limited parking in front of the building but there are underground parking spaces.

The apartment is functional and equipped with everything you need. The furnishings are new, modern, clean and completely intact. The car can be parked in a spacious underground garage if required. The large balcony faces south. You have a view of the greenery and the mountains. It is absolutely quiet, you can only hear the gentle murmur of the stream flowing by. With the dog you are in the forest in a few moments. The possibility to buy baked goods in the house is also very pleasant. The location of the apartment complex in the border triangle of Austria, Liechtenstein and Switzerland offers a variety of excursion possibilities.
